Licensed in Alabama and in Georgia I am a member of the Local, State and National Association of REALTORS®; serving as a Director for the Northeast Alabama Association I am a LIFE member of the NAAR Million Dollar Club; a Multi-Million Dollar producer and continue to grow my knowledge in today’s real estate market. I feel I bring a unique combination of practical and creative abilities to my work being a former Real Property Appraiser and Staging Affilate. I’m an active member of the Cherokee County Chamber of Commerce and a small business owner committed to bringing thorough professional service and strive for complete client satisfaction. Brenda began her career in real estate career in 2017 and joined Three River Realty two years later. She is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Alabama and in Georgia. As a Realtor® with the GRI designation Brenda has in-depth knowledge as a real estate professional earning multiple professional certifications enhancing her success and was awarded the prestigious “Spirit Award” by the Etowah Cherokee Association of Realtors® in 2021.
